Staff are great and it's basically the best warhammer store in the country, but the location the store is in is horrid and the carpark is usually packed and full of nasty types. Store itself is 10/10 though, as are the staff, so it makes tolerating the location/parking worth it. If you want warhammer stuff there is no better place in all of Australia.

I had a really great experience at this store. I did a learn to paint session with Pete who was friendly and patient with a new person to the hobby like me. They also have some awesome table space that is free to use!

Always a treat for my partner to come here, he may only be into the books, but is made to feel just as welcome. Older staff are well versed in all of the books series and makes it easier to find the book he wants to read next.

Have never felt welcome in this store, always getting cold shoulders from the staff here and don't feel like they wanted to engage in chat or answer my questions. Went back a few times to see if maybe just an off day but consistent rudeness and unwilling to talk. There are better stores with more range only a short drive away, with a smiling hello upon entry.

Speaking as one from the westside of Brisbane, this place is the very best location for games workshop supplies. Huge interior space with a selection to match as well as knowledgeable staff.9.5 outta 10, would blow all my money again.

The manager is rude and talks down to you and controlling.The store itself is great. Though that Manager needs to go. I'm not going back again...

A great experience. I walked in with not one bit of knowledge and left very excited to give it a go. They gave the time of day, walked through all the different starter packs, were happy to help with all questions I had and didn't get frustrated with having to go back over the information if I didn't understand it. They even gave great tips on where to go for starter points on the game itself and beginner painting. They have everything from beginner magazines to really in-depth books about factions and sub factions to paints and tools.

Great little store helped me start off with my first army and gave a little booklet with some stuff to complete to get some free stuff very eager to continue to grow my army and start playing some games on the amazing boards they have as well great customer service too.

I'm brand new to the hobby and today was my first visit to the store to buy my first models. The staff are fantastic, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.I left with a great starter kit and all the equipment I needed without being oversold unnecessary things.I am looking forward to coming to events in the store and introducing my boys to the hobby as well.If you've been on the fence about trying it out, this is the store to visit, you can start small and they'll still help get you started. Can't praise them enough!
