I had purchased a sprayer unit, Wagner sf31, it is 3200$ 3 months ago.At the day I purchased, they encouraged me to take the display unit, because they dont stock that unit. But when i took home, I really the bar on the frame of the unit be benched, i bring it back to the shop to ask for change after 20 minutes, because my home near the shop.After 2 weeks waiting, the unit arrived at the shop, I came to pick it up it, but the owner of the shop pointing to me and shouting as I damaged the machine. I was very upset about their customer service and didn't take the machine.I try to ask for the cancellation of my purchase, but they dont want to cancel my purchase even i did not take the new machine home.I am an international student, and i feel they discriminated me as i am not the local.I really seeking help from their supply, and also seek the help from fair trading.
