First time I’ve used the Performance centre team and was not disappointed. Welcoming and friendly atmosphere by all. These guys were an absolute life savers during the pandemic and aiding in recovery. Shout out to Nic for working through the challenges and pushing boundaries to make recovery as quick as possible. Also working on other aspects of fitness and not just the injury so that I could get back to what I was doing with ease

After my ACL reconstruction, I chose baimed to oversee my rehab and it was one of the best decisions I've made. Knowledgeable staff, knowledgeable programming and awesome facilities. I looked forward to every session and could see progress even in the first week.
