CUSTOMER SKILLS NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED.This lady seemed very annoyed everytime I asked her a question since I'm VERY NEW to these products. She looks so done with her job and when I wanted to ask her another question, I caught a glimpse of her side eye rolls. What a rude and disappointing experience. No wonder not many customers, she is driving the customers away with her intimidating and annoyed demeanor. She wasn't even smiley or friendly. She was irritated and arrogant to each questions asked like I'm forcing her to answer them. Dude you are the one who approached me and see if I needed help???The guy at cashier was much nicer tho, definitely better customer service than this LADY. The other employees have the same salty look, makes it a very unfriendly environment to go to.

Shout out to Alex, super lovely and helpful. I was wanting to change skincare lines and I was able to find the perfect fit for my skin. The service was great and any questions I had were answered.

I love these product as they are good quality. But I did not expected the quality of service in this shop particular would be this bad. After long lock down in Melbourne I was excited to go for a actual shopping but this shop male asian staff wearing the blue contact lens was very confronting. I was only customer in the shop and I was trying to see the expire date which was not on the box. They watched me flipping the box trying something to find out but they were just watching. Then they told me off when I open the box to find the expire date. And said I have to buy it if I open it. I felt really embassed and thought they saw me opening it but did not stop me until I actually did it so they can force me to buy it? That male staff was very confronting and told me that I have to buy it because I opened it twice. The box was not even sealed. I would strongly recommend to go to other shop to buy any of these but not in this shop because of very confronting and disrespectful customer service. You don't want to spend money where treat you disrespectfully. Extremely disappointed.

i went today and the staff were so friendly and helpful! I bought the hair oil serum and I'm really excited to try it out. the staff were happy to answer questions and were very welcoming :D

Great location on Melbourne's east side.Innisfree Doncaster opened their doors on friday 5th of October. A broad variety of skin care products as well as make up, hair care and home essences.With summer upon us Innisfree brings a refreshing wave to treat ourselves, totally recommend it!

Always a great shopping experience at Doncaster, the assistant manager there (don't know her name) is very knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond to help out. And give samples. Thanks guys! Great work

It was an amazing experience at the Doncaster store, I was served by Jenny and she was so knowledgeable and very helpful, she helped me pick out all the products I needed and answered all my questions without any hesitation. Couldn't recommend her service enough. Thank you Jenny!!
