Great staff that made us feel very welcomed, gave good tips for things to see/do in the area. Cleanest bathroom facilities we have had on our trip from Cairns. Great kitchen facilities. Would absolutly recomend.

Manager was a w$&@kerQuiet time at 9pm.9:02 he comes around and threatens to remove us for being too noisy. And constantly reminding us that “Wayne” is the owner/manager of the camp. Extremely Disrespectful. Racially targeted and treated poorly from the manager.Toilet/Shower block is never cleaned and constantly dirty.Will not be returning

We are here for a few weeks and are near the new toilet block and lovely new camp kitchen. They are kept very clean. Have used the laundry in the older section and all good. Park is kept very neat and tidy. Close to shops and beach area too. Great spot.

First of all the bathroom facilities were nice and clean and that goes for the rest of the park and the glamping tents. But I paid 250 dollars for my mum and dad to stay in the glamping tent but they have not slept at all. The tents are literally on the side of the road it almost feels like the cars are driving through the tents. When we informed staff, they did not show a lot of empathy or understanding. The price is too high to sleep next to the road.

What a great stay at Poinciana Tourist Park.We loved the Glamping experience! The tents are incredible, very comfortable, great beds, linen, internal space.The facilities are top notch! Kitchen, bathrooms and the heated container pool. That was awesome and we loved and it has definitely added a special touch!The cabins are also incredible. Loved every little think about them. Once again, the new Glamping Tents are fantastic and we hope to come back again soon.

Nice place, great facilities just don't stay in the glamping tents! They have placed all the glamping tents at the front of the park right next to a very busy/noisy road. Got no sleep at all. Not sure why they wouldn't put the cabins in that area and put the glamping down the back. Nice during the day as long as you don't plan on getting any sleep!

We towed our caravan to Poinciana tourist Park over Easter. The bathrooms/ toilet facilities immaculate. At $45 a night, this tourist Park is affordable and family friendly❤️ and right on the beach.

Travelled from the Gold Coast and booked 2 nights camping but due to unforeseen circumstances with the weather and flooding I needed to upgrade to a cabin from the campsite I booked. On booking I advised I had a service dog and when I arrived and provided the service dog card I was refused the upgrade and was told I couldn’t have my service dog there. This lead me to have to drive an additional 4 hours after already being on the road with my 2 small children for 11 hours to find available accommodation. Would not recommend going here.

Wonderful place, facilities are brand new and very clean. The owner is a really nice man. Very quiet place even in front of the road. You will love you stay here!! Thank you
