We had a problem with our Toyota Fortuner, due to a problem with our Pedders shocks. Jake was really helpful with assisting us with this difficult situation, when Pedders were closed for Xmas. He rectified the problem and dealt with Pedders Head Office with regard to the payment. He followed up by giving Pedders a full rundown of what Toyota did and what needed to be done for a a comprehensive repair. We are very appreciative of his efforts.Regards Rob G

After getting the run around from city dealers I put a call out to a regional dealer in 2015. Dwyers gave me an excellent price for a new vehicle and a great trade also. I've just gone back to Dwyers again for another vehicle and received the same customer service and great deal. Kudos to the Sales Manager, Mick Ross, for his superior customer service - it's a breath of fresh air to deal with someone who keeps you up to date and returns phone calls. Karen also looked after me regarding post sale extras. Keep up the great work folks!
