Service started out well with bartender bringing our drinks out, but they used the wrong mixers and didn't replace our drinks. Then it took over half an hour for anyone to take our order as the kitchen staff had a leisurely break. I don't normally complain and have been here before and had a lovely experience

Nice atmosphere, the food is a bit pricey however. Enjoyed a steak, chips and salad for $30.

We went to the Ori for my mums 87th birthday last night (25/6/23) The staff were wonderful, the service was excellent , the food was fantastic and came in good time. They even spoilt my mum with a little birthday cake with candles and sang happy birthday. When the staff found out we were there for a birthday celebration they added decorations to the table. Thanks Ori staff, we have always loved the service and atmosphere no matter what time of the day we go there to eat.

We waited over 45 mins for our dinner then when we questioned what was happening we were told they had lost our ticket… when questioned how this could happen we were told it was because they were busy and we should have made a booking… really!!! It’s our fault!!!

Food has always been great in my experience, I just find it a little annoying that lunch on a busy Saturday afternoon there is only one bar staff on. I felt for him as I could see he was stressed trying to serve a line up of people as quickly as he could but credit to him he did a good job.

Been coming here for 4+ years. Food has lost its quality, and particular wait staff enforce rules they seem to make up on the spot.

Great dinner and dessert menu. Inside and outside dining options. Extensive beer, wine, spirits and cocktail options. Bar and meal specials change regularly. Staff are always engaging. Great place for a drink and food in the Blue Mountains

Terrible service. Lost our order. Have been going here for many years but never again. No more recommendations from us. Ditch the note pads and get a proper ordering system. Left before getting our order.

This cafe has a awesome vibe. Although it was super busy, the service was excellent. Food was definitely good, and overall it was a great dining experience. Will definitely visit again when in the area.
