Just Cuts Northgate

I went in to get my ends cut but to keep length. I said I was willing to loose as much as needed to get rid of the ends and make it even and fresh. Well she barely took anything off, there was NO visible hair on the floor when I stood up and the ends are still split and look terrible. Not a soul could tell I had it 'trimmed' not even my hairdresser friends. Yet I still got charged the $42 for a 'cut' and was out in under 5mins! Definitely will not be back :(

I’ve had several great haircuts here, but today’s was above and beyond! The stylist Emma cautioned me against thinning scissors, which was something I hadn’t considered, and likely saved me a lot of pain in the long run. The cut turned out fantastically and the layering was excellent, exactly what I’d asked for. Emma even gave me a few tips on how to lose some of the frizz I’ve been battling with! Me and my partner had a bad experience today,We are regular customers and we love our hairstylist. But today the women who took my and my partner’s details (number) for order was not very professional first one said we can choose our hairstylist and later when my partner asked for one more booking another lady said we can't choose our hairstylist, we were disappointed with her response. We even said to her we could wait but she denied to select our hairstylist.Poor customer satisfaction.

I've always had good cuts, hence my returning. However, this week I have had the worst haircut I've ever had.I asked for my long hair to be trimmed to shoulder length. She answered, 'collar length?' I said no shorter than my collar because I'm too thin and my neck is too long for short hair and I'm not ready to go short just yet. I did say I really don't care what you do but don't go short or give me a mullet. Everything seemed fine until she started on the front. She couldn't get both sides even, so kept cutting away, cutting away and then proceeded to cut the back even shorter. My hair is now level with my chin and less than an inch long at the back.I look like a mushroom with spikes from the excess use of thinning scissors and my thick hair sticking out over my ears in some sort of bob.She then had the audacity to ask if I had a seniors card.My regular hairdresser moved out of town but I'll be travelling to her in future.There's no point me coming back in to have my hair 'fixed'. You can't glue it back on and there's no hair left to cut. Very unhappy and extremely disappointed.The extra star was for the good cut I received previously.

Just had my hair cut today, was very happy with the cut, Tracey did a fantastic job after I explained what I want briefly with a photo, will come back. Other staff who asked me to wait was polite too. Wait wasn’t long at all

The girls were extremely busy today. Mum n I needed a treat so thank you to Aneka & Sandra for making us feel great, worth the wait.

I had no idea what cut I wanted but Belinda did luckily. She was terrific,didn't rush at all. Thankyou!

I had my hair cut 1 week ago, I was so disappointed, the woman didn't do what I asked.My hair was down to my shoulders, I said I wanted it short at the back and long at the front level with my chin. It is so short at the back and it is level with my mouth. I was so upset I went home and cried. Everybody keeps saying to me it's short isn't it. I don't want to go out. I have been going to Justcuts for years and never had this experience before. So disappointed

4.5 stars but rounded up to 5. I have rated 5 stars as they do great with hair cuts, and everyone is lovely when we go there but I take off 1/2 a star as you can’t book an appointment. When we don’t finish work until 4:30, it makes of hard to get to the store on time and get a slot before they’re already booked up.

I went to Just Cuts Northgate this morning abs received the worst cut of my entire life. It looks like a pudding bowl was put on my head and someone off the street cut my hair around it. I am embarrassed to go out looking like this. I have lovely hair and people comment on it. Now my friends laugh and say good grief what happened to you!!! The woman do not listen to a single word I said and did the total opposite of what I ask her to do which was a simply long Bob with a slop to it. I said keep it long as I have a round face and I curl the ends with a round brush and hairdryer. She cut it so short that I can’t curl it in anyway. She kept saying sorry at least twenty times but she kept cutting it up and up. Even the fringe or along the back isn’t straight as friends have commented in this. Beyond incompetence!!!! I will now face the festive season looking ridiculous. Take my advise NEVER EVER use this place as they butcher your hair. She might as well have been wearing a blindfold and ear plugs. Oh and asking me to please use her again and she would try to do better she gave me a $5 voucher. I should sue them but my lovely hair that was should length is gone. I look like an Elf!!!!Oh and she said “it is very difficult to cut straight hair and short means different things to different people”. This statement after I expressly told her to leave it long!
