Astonished at how appallingly rude and incompetent staff are. I called in advance for tyres to fit my ride-on mower. I was told Santons have them in stock and would fit them. Arrived at Santons 40-minute drive, staff member stated they will not fit the tyre's or if I wanted to leave them it would be 2 weeks wait. A second staff member stated I said I had the tyre's but I didn't say I would fit them" in an argumentative tone. I was completely stunned. I promptly left in disgust. I found new tyres

I went to Stanton's to buy a Honda lawn mower and I waited for them to finish who they were serving 3 people came in after me and after 10 minutes they served the other 3 so I left and went to Elliott bro and bought very disappointed

Be careful of what you buy. They knowingly sell inferior products but don’t credit back when they fail.Not trustworthy

I have purchased 3 items of machinery here and on every occasion they have been very helpful and given good prices. On my latest visit, i was buying part for some Maintenance and once again they were great.

I called in with my chainsaw to get the chain sharpened. I saw another customer at the counter wanting some tyres for a ride on mower he purchased at Santons. I couldn't believe the way staff spoke to this man. They didn't want his business obviously. The Customer looked genuinely surprised. I decided to go elsewhere after seeing that. Won't be going back anytime soon.

Don't go here if you're a female, wanted to buy a chainsaw, waited for at least 3 others to get served and then he said I'll get my missus to serve you,who then said oh sorry love you'll have to get one of the blokes to serve you for that. Didn't realise that there was another Stihl dealer in Bendigo or I would have told them to jam it.
