Rude people and bad customer service! Don't recommend them at all

During my money transferring research, I experienced a very disappointing and irrespective behavior from Sarafi Pars Melbourne. I called them a couple of times last week and requested for money transferring services and each time they bounced my request back with an irrespective behavior as well as irresponsible services!If you are looking to experience a money transfer service with not even an average customer care service this company can be a choice otherwise there are a lot of options in the market.مدت زمان زیادی بود که تجربه برخورد با صاحبان بیزینس از خود راضی و نا آشنا با آداب اولیه انسانی را نداشتم.تماس با صرافی پارسی ملبورن به من یادآوری کرد که این افراد همچنان وجود دارند و باید مراقب باشماین مرکز با اصول اولیه احترام به حقوق مشتری غریبه است و بنابراین با توجه به اینکه بصورت مستقیم با وجوه نقدی سر وکار دارند من برای امور شخصی خودم صلاح ندیدم که حتی برای یکبار از سرویس های پیشنهادی (البته با لحن تحمیلی) این مرکز استفاده کنم
