Accent Blinds

Had Accent Blinds install roller blinds throughout my house a few years ago. The plastic cords recently broke and I called them to ask about getting it replaced - no help. They don't help repair their own blinds. Their only suggestion, find a handyman to do it. I might as well get the blinds replaced. So disappointing.

The price from Accent Blinds was very competitive and the quality is great. I have a beach house and the Plantation Shutters have really added that wow factor. I also got Roller blinds that were high quality and inexpensive. The installer, Mark, was punctual,courteous and pleasant and did an amazing job fitting all blinds meticulously. I would absolutely recommend Accent and would definitely use them again. Very happy with the result. Thank You.

I would not recommend Accent Blinds. It has been 11 weeks and I still do not have my blinds installed.The blinds had to be remade because they measured it wrong in the first place. I wasn't even contacted to be told that it was going to take another 4-6 weeks to be remade. Poor service.

Quality Product & Service. I have had my White Timber Venetian blinds from Accent Blinds installed and I absolutely love them such a fresh modern feel. Great quality! The staff were so helpful, I have quite a long window which can open on either side. I thought it would be one long blind and the rep was so helpful and gave honest advice on how to have the blinds be visually appealing from the inside as well as the outside and practical. I could'nt be happier. I've added a pic of when they were being installed. Thank you

Beware of this company's warranty claim. The awnings they installed broke (stitches came off) and when I called them the lady was very very rude. Apparently that is not covered in warranty and I need to order new ones all over again! Even before the lady asked what the problem is she started being dismissive but very quick to mention I need to pay for someone to come and inspect and pay for the full replacement!! That's their lifetime warranty. Also they have moved their factory overseas and have no one to fix things. Such businesses are a disgrace and I'll never deal with them.

A friend paid a deposit that was policy" and was promised it would be ready in 3 weeks. Understandable it was over Christmas. So 6 weeks was ok

I had Accent Blinds sales rep attend my place measure up and told the blinds would take at least three weeks to make and install. A month passed having not heard from them so I had to follow up where the blinds were. I was then given an installation date which was changed on three occasions. Finally got the blinds installed. Poor communication from the rep to the consumer, poor customer service, no communication between the rep and the installer. Will NOT be using this company again. Should have checked the reviews first.

Great service from the time I attended the Accent Showroom, to the appointment being made, to the person who came to measure the windows for the blinds to the installers. The person who came to measure and show samples answered all my questions. The blinds were delivered and installed 15 days after I attended the showroom and the installers were interest, fast and efficient.

Poor workmanship followed up by very poor service.I purchased $5,000 worth of blinds and curtains from Accent Blinds.The installation occured when I was away from my home at work, and the installer called me while I was at work to get my credit card details. The payment was withdrawn immediately so I was unable to see the job that had been done.When I got home I immediately saw the installer had installed the sheer curtains in front of the 'real' silk blockout curtains. I contacted Rafael (Accent's salesman who did the measurements) the next day by email to ask Accent to rectify the unworkmanlike installation.I was sent an email asking Matt" if Accent "can help the customer". After waiting several days and hearing nothing

We purchased blinds roughly 1 year ago, we chose a white swatch, during the installation I was at work, once I came home I noticed they installed blueish/grey blinds (picture available to see), I called them up multiple times and multiple emails but said that’s what we chose, I had a balance of 50% which I said I wasn’t going to pay until it has been changed, they still wouldn’t do anything about it and kept demanding the money, since then they have sold the remaining 50% balance as a debt and is now a default under my name. Honestly one of the worst experiences I have had with a company, I really want this sorted out
