I hate going to the dentist, I have changed dentist 6 times in my 20 years living here in Melbourne. I can unequivocally say that dr Halim is the best dentist I ever have, professional, very polite, very smart and explain things with much clarity. I don’t usually leave reviews as my review history can attest however I do make exception for exceptional services.

Had an appointment at 8am today. Turned up 5 mins early, and the dentist and I were waiting at the door. 10 minutes in, he receives a call that the dental nurse is 30-60 minutes late, and asked if I mind waiting. Are you kidding me? That’s just unprofessional.Dentist told me to expect a call to reschedule, and I heard nothing from them. Avoid at all costs.

I've been having my teeth cleaned in Simply Smiles Dental for three times now. Previously I always feel scared to visit dentist since my impression that having my teeth cleaned using a scaling tool would be painful. Simply Smiles Dental have shown me the process using the latest equipment that not only making the process quick but also painless as well.Now, I only use Simply Smiles Dental and looking forward to visit them for my annual appointment mid of this year 2018.Arklight (AVE)

Highly recommended for the wonderful staff and high quality work provided.The dentists here are considerate, respectful and kind. Halim, Anastasia & Vijay have all provided me with amazing dental care over the last year. Not only are they fantastic people, but their work is great and they take pride in the service that they provide.I initially found this clinic as someone looking for a dentist that can work with my despite my dental phobia and I can credit everyone at Simply Smiles (dental nurses included, but Zahra in particular) with helping me overcome my fear, to the point where I'm looking forward to my next checkup and clean.

I would easily recommend Simply Smiles to anyone considering getting braces. The Inman aligners corrected my teeth in just 10 weeks and now they are exactly how I wanted them to look. Great value for money and a quicker, cheaper way to get straight teeth. Service was always wonderful and flexible to my work schedule. Will most likely come back to straighten my bottom teeth! Thank you again!

Just finished my appointment moments ago with Dr Vijay and his lovely assistant at Simply Smiles. I must say it was the most pleasant, professional yet fun dentist experience I’ve ever had. They were very gentle, communicative and caring. All requests were fulfilled within my budget. There was no pain or unwanted surprises during my session in the chair, or at the end when it was time to pay. Never thought I would say that I can’t wait for my next trip to the Dentist, only if it’s with Simply Smiles. 5/5, 100%.

pretty good dental experience despite parking is a bit difficult around the site. Vijay has shown great patience while conducting cleaning teeth filling as my tolerance to pain is quite low. Receptionist lady was kind as well offered to take some free toothpaste.

A few days before my appointment at Q1 dental, I was asked to come to this clinic because my dentist had become unavailable. They didn't inform me that Simply Smiles didn't work with BUPA unlike Q1 until after the check-up/cleaning, when it was time to pay. On top of that, I was charged as if it was a first visit. I ended up being charged 3 times more than I should have. Unacceptable!

Took my teenage daughter today to have a cleaning/ check up and to discuss braces and teeth whitening. Although the dentist was nice we were told he doesn't put braces on kids (only adults) and he doesn't recommend whitening for anyone under 18. Since on my original request for an appointment I mentioned wanting to discuss both of these issues for my daughter and had included her age. It just would have been nice to be told upfront that the dentist doesn't do these procedures on teens.

Cannot recommend this practice highly enough. As a 60 something person I have lived my entire life with fear of the dentist. Treatments have changed the thorough explanation and reassurance given through out and the procedure was painless albeit for pressure applied. Well done to the practitioners and there staff. Many Thanks
