Had a problem with a dripping bath tap (not just a simple washer replacement unfortunately). Rhys gave a fairly accurate quote in advance, arrived on time when booked, and was able to quickly diagnose and explain to me what the problem was, with a few options for repair (short-term" fix/inexpensive and longer term/more costly). Opted for the simpler fix as we don't use the bath often
