Busy time with many customers in the store - the staff were professional and courteous and gave each customer the time they needed to complete their decision and purchase. The staff member who served us was very engaging with my grand daughter and made the experience pleasant.

The fitter was not experienced recommended a size 4 us when questioned by myself stating that she has already grown out of a size 5 us.My daughter ended up needing a size 6 us when asked about what the best shoes for a very narrow foot wasn’t too clear. I always go to shoes and Sox as the fitters are experienced . She didn’t seem to know much about the school shoes and joggers.

Just had my spirited boys (ages 5 and 6) fitted for school shoes by Elle in Belconnen. She provided practical advice in relation to shoe selection for the oldest, who has wide feet, and was engaging and entertaining with them both - which made the experience much smoother and less painful than shopping with them usually is!

Lovely service, great with my 2 year old and confident with the fitting. Have had a team member previously that did not seem confident which made me feel a bit worried we were not getting the right size shoe; this has only occured once though. Overall, very happy.
