Air con leaked gas.Nero refused to go back and fix...or even look at it.Off to Fair Trading.DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY.

Great company! Had an issue after installation but was a manufacturer fault on the AC unit, Nero came back twice to recheck product and attempt to fix, very friendly service, highly recommended!

My mother in-law called them out to look at her ducted gas heating system. After 2 attempts of attending site and not solving the problem and charging for parts and labour they recommend the system be replaced and quoted $4500.00. While this didn’t sound right as a tradesman myself I googled another service provider who came to site within 3 hours of the call. Upon investigation they found the wrong part had been fitted I.e a LPG gas part instead of a Natural gas part. $120 later issues solved and the system is working perfectly. Stay away from these crooks and rip-off people. It’s very disappointing to see companies like this still exists. If you could post no stars I would. These guys should be embarrassed at how they treat people.

Just called, poor phone manner. No company name on phone pick up. Said were available then not available. Lots of uuh.. yeah" and incomplete sentences. Just sounded like he didn't have any idea of his commitments or schedule. Will look elsewhere"
