I went to IT Services when my hard drive crashed on my business computer. Michael was friendly, informative and very efficient in diagnosing the problem and giving me a couple of options and advising me on the costs involved. They kept me updated along the way and Micheal and his team returned my computer with everything ready to go again, can't rate them highly enough. I will definitely be using there services again.

Mick is an extremely knowledgeable guy when it comes to everything computer related. My computer died just before Christmas without any warning and no matter what I did nothing worked. Mick rebuilt the whole motherboard and installed extra storage. So now I have a computer that works better than before and extra storage so I am able to edit videos and photos a lot easier.I would take my computer back to Mick in a heartbeat as he runs an efficient and friendly business that doesn't over charge and delivers what they promise. Thanks again for all your help.

Absolutely excellent experience with IT Services Gold Coast. Could easily drop off and pick up at times that were convenient to me. My Macbook Pro stopped working yesterday morning. I called IT Services at ~11am & got my computer to Mick's workshop just before 12pm. Mick got to the root of the problem and gave me my options.I took the refurbished Macbook option as was the best overall choice, he had my computer back to me with all files loaded by 3:30pm!Cannot recommend IT Services enough, best advice and service I have had for IT related stuff ever.

I'm so, so happy these guys were able to fix my laptop. They went above and beyond what I expected and I'm thrilled. This place is great. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional staff. Yan fixed the battery in my Mac and also took the time to give me a few pointers about maintenance and good up keep of the computer. My computer is working like new!! So good to have a local expert without having to deal with the fuss (and outrageous prices) of going to the Apple store. Highly recommend these guys as they are fast and affordable and offer really good value in IT services. Will use their services again for sure. Cheers

My macbook pro graphics card fried a few days back. I contacted a few Mac Support businesses in the Gold coast area with no luck. IT Service GC contacted me straight away, the same day I dropped my system off, Michael expalined clearly the problem, how much and how long it would take to fix. I was very happy to receive a text msg today saying everything was ok and I could collect it anytime today, 2 days earlier than expected. I would have no problem recoomending these guys, its great to know I have a local mac support that I can rely on. cheers chris
