Best customer service I have in a long time, the people were absolutely fabulous. If you want fantastic service go there. It smelt so good the shop was easy to find what you want they have a wide variety of products. This was my first visit to the store this afternoon and my daughter and myself was served by Natalie exceptionally service.

Honestly if I could give more stars I would! Lush and the Team deserve way more than 5! Where to do begin: not only am I supporting products that are ethically sourced and sustainable but also cruelty free as well and of the highest quality. Juniper was extremely helpful and educated my partner and I on their products and also gave us quite a few samples to try. She has great product knowledge and was very inviting and kind. Thank you Juniper for your time and help! It was a very positive experience!

The staff were very engaging and welcoming. It's a small shop and I had my 2 children one in a pram and an employee politely asked people to allow room for me to enter. Also ensured I knew about the products I purchased. Brilliant shop !

Everything smells so good. You can try before you buy, and it's all ethically made. The staff are friendly and helpful, and sometimes you get freebie samples of products.

I went into the lush store on Saturday (18/03/2023) with my mother and sister. We were served by Juniper and they were just delightful. My mum is quite sick at this time and Juniper took the time to explain every product and what they were good for and they kept in mind that my mum couldn’t use highly fragranced products. Juniper’s service was exemplary they made our lush experience amazing (We don’t live near a lush store so always buy online). Juniper made sure we were well looked after even moving us away from big groups of people so my mum didn’t get injured. The compassion, empathy, warmth and friendliness Juniper showed was greatly appreciated. I walked out of the shop with tears in my eyes they made us feel that great. Thank you to Lush Hobart for this experience will definitely be back again!
