Rite Party Hire

I had a great experience with a younger lady the first time I went there. However, the second time I went there I had an awful & rude encounter with an older lady. Such a shame to have this bad experience because I will not be coming back.

They went above and beyond after I rang them because we came down with an illnes they offered to collect the chairs we used on the weekend thank you so much

Great customer servoce from owner of business. Npt only great range of partyware and balloons, they also hire out party hire equipment .

went to purchase balloons from this place for the anniversary of my sisters death, we release balloons in her honour every year and have purchased balloons from this place for the past many years. we were a bit unorganised last birthday and went there on her birthday to order and collect the balloons. we asked for 10 balloons on crepe paper because it’s healthier for the environment just like we had done for the past years from this very shop, we were instead turned away by a new owner. the lady named rachel i think was so rude about it. she didn’t apologise or tell us why she couldn’t (for environmental reasons - understandable but an explanation and apology would be nice) i was completely distraught and disgusted by this and how rude she was. will not be going back this year which is upsetting when the previous owner had been so lovely and knew us and always made sure she gave us the products most healthy for the environment. wish i could give this place 0 stars.
