Can't even answer calls, goes to voicemail. If you leave a voicemail,they don't even return your calls. Placed my payment on hold for an error made on their end. Centerlink even tried calling APM while I was on the phone (they placed me on hold) the lady tried multiple times, and each time it went to voicemail. They have made notes of this.

My experience with APM Employment carried on over a couple of years and was unsatisfactory until the arrival of Yojna Gupta. My experience then began to exceed my expectations. Yojna was knowledgeable, helpful and professional in her dealings with me. Her knowledge of the system became very good very quickly while her customer service was exemplary from the beginning. The reason I have rated APM Employment 4 Stars instead of 2 Stars is thanks to her. I am now gainfully employed.
