Being refused service by not wearing a mask when I have a medical exemption and demanding to see it which with certain personal information on it they can't do without being authorised law enforcement agencies, this company needs to educate their staff on covid laws as many were breached in my visit today....but that's ok, I've started the complaints process, I hope they fine you so much they shut your doors for good, I won't ever return as a customer and I hope people reading this do they same, shame on your business and arrogant staff members for treating people with breathing difficulties when wearing masks entry to your store, or maybe I should return, put a mask on when requested and when you have to call an ambulance, you will have alot more to explain.....

Went into the Gepps Cross store to be walking around for 5 minutes and not even to be noticed and can't find what I'm after, could interrupted the general chit chat between 5 staff members but that means they would have to work, and there was only 2 other customers in store.

Usually very happy with the service but yesterday (Sunday) the staff were not up to the task. The young guy hardly spoke, kept us waiting, and couldn't find what we asked for. While friendly the girl didn't know how to set up trade which is disappointing. Hopefully this is a once off and they can be provided more training

James at Jaycar Gepps Cross was an amazing help. His customer service was second to none and I learnt so much from him regarding resin printers.I would gladly recommend Jaycar Gepps Cross to my friends & family because I know the staff there would look after them and teach them all there is to know about whatever it is they need.10 outta 10, would shop there again.
