Iglu Redfern Student Accommodation

The staff and Resident Leaders in IGLU Redfern are very friendly and helpful during the entirety of my stay from the first day. Mark, Jo and Anna were extremely helpful and helped me fit in during my first days in iglu and were very quick to respond and help me with my enquiries. The staff were also very friendly and were always open for a friendly chat. Overall it is a very (and still is) a great living experience!!

Iglu is a suitable place for students who came to Australia for the first time. There are various convenience facilities, and there are many events here, so I think the opportunity to meet new friends is really good.Especially, I felt that the Korean staff here were very kind. There were documents needed to check in here for the first time, and other staffs, including Korean staff, kindly guided me. Also, I asked many questions while living here, and they explained them in an easy way for me to understand.

I love Iglu Redfern because the rooms are so modern, beautiful, and comfortable. It really gives a sense of luxury! Also, the staff are extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The facilities and security are amazing! They have resident leaders that host social events such as sushi night! Shout out to resident leader Pepita - she is the best <3

A perfectly located student accommodation with everything you would ever need (including transportation) at a walking distance. Apart from the clean and modern facilities and rooms, the best thing about my experience at Iglu was the extremely professional and friendly staff. From the application process till checking out the staff were very helpful and friendly especially Mark. He was always there to help with a smile on his face and I never hesitated to ask him about any concerns or for an advice. He was extremely welcoming and professional. I would definitely consider coming back to Iglu Redfern and recommend it to friends mainly due to the respect and help I received from the staff.

I've been a resident for nearly a year now, and I've had a wonderful experience. The staff and resident leaders are very friendly, top tier facilities, and a lot of fun events to be a part of. It's great for international students especially who are so far away from home to be a part of a community, with people from so many different places.

It's my pleasure to share my good impressions of Shelley here. The service of this Shanghai lady definitely added to my pleasant experience at Iglu. She patiently answered my questions with her amiable attitude and made me feel warmly welcomed and respected. Not only does she understand exactly what I need, but she always provides precise information and solutions, which shows that she is passionate about what she does and is extremely professional. I look forward to communicating with her again, and hope that other residents can also experience her high-quality service.

The courier collection and the laundry service is also very convenient. The staff are very patient and fun, like Harry, Yanjie and Mark (nice new haircut). Lots of fun activities and event.

I stay at iglu redfern since july 2021, and I love staying here - The facilities (one of my fav is the gym, where I spend most of my evening time here), the breakfast, the room, the people, the staff - all of them give me amazing experience
