Highly recommend, Marty was prompt, courteous, professional and reasonably priced in repairing my roller door. He also gave me some great tips on maintaining my roller door to extend it's life and reduce chances of future break downs or issues.

What a joke this mob is! Booked in on a Wednesday from lunch time till 6pm no show! Rang up and spoke to a lady who said sorry we will do it the following week once again no show. No phone call nothing rang again and surprise surprise no answer. Joke

Martin was tasked with hanging three supplied roller doors in July 2022. He dropped the third door creating significant damage to door and shed floor. Photos attached. He refused to replace the door after claiming the door was delivered in that condition. After attempts to get this rectified over a ten month period and in May 2023, nearly one year later, Martin was forced to replace the third door and then refused to sign off on the three doors leaving the client without closure or final approval for his new shed. Martin also failed to give an invoice noting the full amount of the job and supplied an inappropriate receipt for the full amount written on the back of a business card. The $250 gap went in his pocket. The Dept of Fair Trading have been made aware along with TBAC Building Certifiers. The client is now trying to get his shed signed off by another process. Totally unprofessional, illegal and unethical behavior. The process is still ongoing to recover the costs of advocacy services to help the client resolve this issue.

Marty came out and helped us when our roller door decided to come off its track right before Christmas. He got it fixed in a flash and very professionally. I would highly recommend him and his services.

Didn’t turn up when expected. Rebooked for the next week. He rang and said he was 40 mins away and is someone home. We rang tenant who said she could be there in about an hour. Rang him back and relayed, he said ok, he’ll see her then. Tenant had left work to meet him. Tenant rings about an hour and a half later, wondering where he is. Rang him and he said he had a call to take another job so turned around and went to Mossman instead. Did not bother to call us or the tenant. Would not recommend at all.

Did not attend at scheduled time, and didn't respond to contact.

Highly recommended, managed to fit us into their busy schedule after our old opener suddenly quit after 17 years service. Marty was straight into the job upon arriving and had our new door opener installed in next to time at all, and provided our roller panel springs a much needed service it's now working like brand new. Thanks for your help.

Marty asked if I was available at 3.30pm that same arvo but said I couldn't make it to 4.30pm Not a problem he said. Marty was on time/early and he had started the job when I was running late. He serviced/fixed my roller-door and explained in plain English what he had done. My door was fixed!! Yay!I would highly recommend Marty's business for efficient, economical and effective service!
