My husband & I love using this post office. Not only can we pay our bills quickly & easily but we also enjoy shooting the breeze with Leslie & Mario. We always chat & have a laugh and in non peak times share anecdotes & stories. We also get see neighbours we rarely see otherwise at this post office! Mario & Leslie are also very helpful, can think outside the box, and always provide great service with a smile.

Booked my appointment for Passport Renewal and the staff took 5-10 mins to complete the whole process. Excellent service. Also had the pleasure of meeting the new owner and I did not see any difference in service compared to the previous owners. I recommend their business and wish them all the very best!

I have been a regular customer here for years now and the reason I keep returning is because of the impeccable and friendly customer service. I visited another post office while I was out of town to renew my passport and they did not help me what so ever - I returned to my local post office and Leslie helped me out with all my passport needs, she went above and beyond her normal duties and even stayed behind me help me out. I constantly recommend people in the area to visit this post office as they will not be disappointed !

Sara B... could not be more wrong. I have ALWAYS found service at this post office to be excellent. Mario is extremely helpful and when I ask about postage or service I am always advised of the various ways to send items and informed of the cost, so that I may choose. All around I have found them a great place to shop at. It is a breath of fresh air to receive friendly service, from local owners, at this Licensed Post Office as opposed to the indifferent service I receive at a government owned Corporate Post Office.

Top customer service from Mario and the team! Been coming here for years, and never a problem, always a solution with them. Mario helped me with my Passport one year, and made the process so easy. Other businesses should follow this excellent level of service, as this is very rare to find these days. Great work guys!
