REVISED COMMENT (9/02/23):Note : I didn't get a 55 min massage as you claim to make the situation mild. There were 3 disgruntled gentlemen when i got there, and one actually walked away due to shear frustration. I do not mind pay for a good service, however, please do NOT mellow this down as excuses such as yours will only make the clients regret walking in.Contrary to your suggestion, my rating remains 1 star, and that's for stating i had a 55 min massage. Try being honest with your apology next time.Original Message (8/02/23):As a regular customer I have seen the service at this place decline significantly. 2 masseuse, 3 people booked for 11am. After 20 mins of clarifying, I start with my sessioned 1 hour massage only to have continual disruptions where the masseuse is taking phone calls. 5 phone calls and 30 odd mins of massage later, she politely said my hour was over. That was tipping the scale.An owner sitting somewhere remotely running business over the phone and customers are upset about the disarray.Please restore structure and service to gain clients confidence.

My 1st Ever Thai deep tissue massage was Amazing my god I was in pain but good pain.My 2nd was Monday 5/06/23 this was a remedial massage it was. So relaxing.Today 07/06/23 I got another deep tissue massage. I’m feeling so much better.Thank you.

I am sure the massages are great, the reviews are great and that is why I booked.After being told to come 30 mins later, I had to wait another 30 mins.Then to be told the 1 hour I booked, was wrong ‘my book says 30 mins’Again, I am sure the massage is good. I was not in the right headspace to experience it.
