Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered and paid $655.00 for a gift voucher November 2022. I received a receipt but not a voucher. I've been trying to redeem this voucher since after Christmas. Aftercrepeated and many attempts I still have not received it. I have been promised that I will get a call the next day. Or I will receive the voucher that night or the next day. That I will get a confirmation email. I am sick of it. Please do not bother with this mob. I have more or less kissed my $655 goodbye.
