Ordered a pickup Pepperoni Pizza returned home to find pizza under cooked, cheese wasn’t even melted. Unable to return due to having a baby with me.

Thought we try something else as our usual was closed tonight.Ordered online for pick up, easy to use, range is smaller than most.Super supreme and chicken supreme, garlic bread and cheese garlic bread.Quick pick in 15 minutes, order was on time for pick up.Pizzas tasted decent, fluffy base but the only thing is that pizza wasn’t cut properly. As it wasnt cut all the way through, we had to get a knife and recut. So the first few slices, toppings went everywhere when trying to get a slice. Cheese garlic was a little burnt underneath, but overall was a good experience.

if i could give this place a lower review i would. the service was despicable. they forgot my garlic bread and when i called to tell them they called me a r*tarded tr*nny and hung up on me. i am genuinely traumatised and i need therapy

At 4pm due to their online system error my order did not go through but I still got charged on my CC. When I called the store they said they will not make the order as their have not received. I called PH call centre and after a 4 hour wait they connect back to the Store and they tell me they are now making the order at 10pm for me to pickup. I ask for my refund immediately. This is very poor service and this store needs to be avoided. PH is going to reply to this review with some generic statement like we value your feedback and we would improve. Ignore this as they never improve. I still have not received my refund which should be immediately processed as I paid through paypal. Getting anything sort my them is a nightmare.Edit: I have already done exactly what the below reply is but they have not bother to solve the issue. These guys are incompetent.

I was really happy with the pizza here tonight. Bacon cheeseburger with stuff crust was outstanding!Only thing to note is there is no place to sit for dine in. Just 3 chairs for the people waiting to pick up pizza.

We love the Tuesday offer 2-for-1. The pizzas are always very well made and nice and hot. They don’t skimp on the toppings either. We would not consider going anywhere else. Excellent value for money.

We ordered and they gave us part of the order wrong. We went to tell them and they gave us attitude and they made us wait 15 minutes more. The people there didn't even apologise and even came and told us that the next time they would fix our order.

Good and cheap!In our case we ordered the Vegan Deluxe pizza and it was very good, it had a good amount of ingredients and it is one of the few fast food places in which they are generous when adding vegan cheeseTo our surprise they have several vegan options, from pizzas to side dishes such as garlic bread.They also sell alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.If you are in a hurry and do not want to spend so much, this is a good option.Recommended!

Best budget pizza I’ve ever had. Got the hot and spicy veg. The bases are light and fluffy. Fresh ingredients and the ham on our other pizza was really nice!
