After spending 6 hours on optus online chat and many hours on the phone trying to get some support, I finally gave in and moved to On the net. First call they picked up in minutes and answered all of my questions. The connection and service seems to be miles apart also. 100% would recommend.

Just finished a two year contract with OnTheNet and couldn’t recommend them highly enough! Customer service is genuinely second to none - they are always so helpful and prompt with answering phone calls and emails. If we weren’t offered a discounted offer through bundling with our electricity service we would have definitely stayed with OnTheNet, and I’m sure we will be customers again in the future, as well as recommending to friends and family!

Great experience again with OntheNet. I signed up with them again because they are local, you speak to a person without hours on hold. They are all knowledgable and can help you straight away. You don't get bounced from 'supervisor' to 'supervisor' and ruin an entire day. Fantastic service that you rarely see these days.

We move regularly, and On The Net internet provider never let us down. I love that when you ring you speak to the team at varsity lakes. If you have any technical issues (Usually something I have forgotten to do - not actual technical issues) they are there to help you straight away. Highly recommend. The staff are always helpful and friendly.
