Great set up and coaches who know their stuff and pay attention to you. Honestly trained with many trainers over the years, but the team at Elite keeps you accountable, focuses on your weaknesses, and will change the training if you are injured or correct technique if it’s out. I'm starting to see some great results already.

Now entering Beast Mode! I've trained at heaps of gyms over the years, and the ones I always feel most comfortable in and get the best results from are local independents. The staff and trainers care about your development more, and are actually invested in seeing you make gains and overcoming any hurdles or barriers (either mental or physical.... in my case both!) that are holding you back from reaching your potential. Space is good, equipment is good, the crowd is a good mix of punters who work hard but also play hard, and the vibe is welcoming. Get involved, you won't regret it!!!

amazing gym with great facilities and an wonderful bunch of personal trainers! Everyone makes you feel so welcomed and comfortable when working out. Alysha is a PT there and I highly recommend her as she is listens to your goals and knows exactly how to achieve them!
