Was in Sydney for a week and contacted Daniel for parts that are hard to come buy in NZ. He had what I needed at an affordable price and his customer service is excellent. If you are looking for Mazda MPS parts get hold of Dan first. He will sort you out.

made a purchase online, took my credit card details, i sent a query each day since on their website, sent email to reply to invoice sent to my email, messaged mobile number already given on previous reviews, called number... nothing. pretty poor, i understand being busy, but just let me know whats going on with my purchase! i am already wanting to purchase more but with the bad reviews with poor service it doesnt seem it will happen.But taking credit card details and not following through with orders sounds dodgy business.

Altho my initial order wasn't available. Took a phone call from Dan the very next day, explaining one part wasn't available. But he did have an upgrade in stock. Gave me the more expensive part at cost. Can't ask for better service than that.

Daniel from MPS Garage helped out greatly with my questions over the phone. Excellent customer service and advice from someone who talks the talk. Very competitive prices and my parts were delivered to my house in QLD within 48 hrs of payment. I highly recommend and will order from them again.

Ordered a CPE TMIC from MPS Garage. Then saw the reviews and was initially very worried. However, once calling up and speaking with Daniel he assured me everything was set in stone and provided me with a deadline and delivered to me as promised to Melbourne.From my understand past management has left a bad taste in some customers mouths. But Daniel has taken over, was helpful and did deliver. So ill be back.

Shout out to Daniel @ MPS Garage, customer service is 100% on point. Placed an order on Friday evening and then sent a fairly optimistic text message hoping to collect parts over the weekend. He returned my message first thing the following day and arranged for me to collect parts as requested! Awesome service, great parts too!! Priced well also. Could not recommend more highly. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!This company has a long history of taking months to deliver products.They have excellent communication until you've paid for an item you've been told is in stock.Once this has happened, you're informed the item is not actually in stock. At which point communication becomes extremely difficult.If you don't want to spend months chasing after your items, don't buy from them. They originally had multiple exclusive import rights, and these have all been broken down as unhappy customers complained direct to the US companies about how hard it was to actually get their parts through Mpsgarage.

Almost a scam. Ordered one product at the end of August 2017 and haven't had any kind of communication about my order other than an email two months after my purchase, asking if I wanted the order to be completed. It is now January 2018 and I still haven't received my order. Avoid this place at all costs.
