Had an amazing experience in this store, Will deffinitly be back shopping again! The Staff were genuine and helpful, they didn't mind showing me around and playing multiple instruments, plus gave me excellent advise on what was best suited to my needs.The delivery service was magnificent, boxed and packed correctly. No damage to product on arrival!!

I've come here a few times and always forget to leave a review. This time, as a beginner with a very cheap guitar (~$100), one of the guys took me through a bunch of guitars based on the songs I tended to play and I ended up leaving with a Jackson guitar I really liked and a new amp. The staff there seem very knowledgeable and friendly, the shop itself is kept neat and things are easy to find.*Edit: I should also add that the guy who helped me completely respected my low price range and didn't try to push me any higher to buy a more expensive guitar.

Pipers have a large range of wonderful musical instruments and accessories, especially Guitars, its a modern shop and Dean was very helpful, I highly recommend Pipers and you can park out front.

This is a great music shop to visit. No pushy salespeople and they let you try out stuff. I bought my bass guitar here and it has been a well supported and quality instrument. I just like these guys attitude to customer service and business. Well done. We will keep returning.

Rich was extremely knowledgeable, and took me through a systematic approach to find the right acoustic guitar for me!He helped me identify that I needed a slightly smaller guitar, and found a guitar (Yamaha AC1R) that didn't compromise on the warm tone of my previous (dreadnought) guitar.He took me through a process to try a variety of guitars, until I found one that I was happy with, and enjoyed playing.He wasn't trying to upsell me but allowed me to choose a guitar that felt and sounded right for me, irrespective of the price tag!I am now able to play chords a LOT clearer than with my old dreadnought, and it is a lot more pleasing on the ear!I am amazed at what a difference it has made and I now look forward to learning / playing every day again.Thank you for your honest and very valuable help!
