Absolutely hopeless!!!! Didn’t get all my Uber Eats order. Tried to call and number disconnected. TriedTo ring customer service, CLOSED!!!! Tried Uber and they are going to take at least 24 hours. I will never ever order off Caltex Northlands again!!

If you have a punchcard that gets holes whenever you buy coffee, if a different location has chosen to not use the “star punch”, the Indian women who works at Northlands may unlikely recognise it & punch a star through an existing hole.She may likely act all defensive about it, but, be persistent, she’ll realise sometimes the customer is right.

Go to fill up and get asked to pre pay. I go in to tell them I want to fill up to full. So I go to give her my driver's licence and bank card. And get told I have to guess how much it's going to be. Not happy, felt like I was been treated like someone who would do a drive off...

Do not ever order from here via Uber Eats. I ordered two-for-one drink which they changed on the order to water and charged me extra. That is basic theft.

Stopped in at about 2am and got 2 pies.... Pretty sure they've been in the warmer well over the 6hr food safety limit, coffee was reasonable but the guy didn't know the difference between washing up detergent and rinse aid for a dishwasher. And then to wash the windscreen...full buckets but not a drop of any cleaning agent. The guy had no customer service skills and very experienced in rudeness.

You know something must be wrong when your in a very obvious company vehicle, wearing company Office attire and your holding up a Caltex Fuel card for them to see and they still will not override the Pre-Pay interlock.Which is fine because I’m sure the Caltex at 436 Wanneroo Road (opposite Big Rock Toyota) is lapping up the extra business....

Filled up on 14th Jan. Car broke down same day. Found petrol in the Diesel. My Ford Ranger still not right after 3 weeks. Taking it in again. So far cost me over $3k. Will be claiming from them.
