Service was amazing. Very friendly and know what they’re doing especially with kids, as I went with my 4yr old there. I’d recommend this place also. My husband always go there for a haircut. They never disappoint! Keep it up!

My 15 was so upset with his haircut. Gave one star for the fade but the top was not straight and fringe was so short. My son was teased at school so bad he wanted me to pick him up. Spoke with the barber. Wanted us to go back to fix it. The only way to correct it is to cut shorter so was not an option. No money back offered. We will not be back.

Do not go there. They took 10 mins to cut my hair and trim my beard. It took him exactly 10 mins but charged me 55. The barber just rushed because they were closing in 10 mins. Worst hair cut I ever had.If you love your money AVOID going there.There is one honest barbar just next to the station, which is 3 mins walk from there

These guys are always brilliant cutting my son's hair. They are friendly and look after the kids really well. We won't go anywhere else!

My mate referred me to come in here as he goes in often with a clean line up for his beard and nice fade so I asked him where he goes They honestly didnt dissapoint I usually see another barber but i was very pleased with the service I had here the barber listened to what I wanted and I came out looking super neat like a whole new person and I am very picky my only complaint would be if they could apply some more shaving options as the cut throat aggravates my skin but thats just my skin sensitivity in general or asked if you would like something for sensitive skin theb dry shaving (it would just be a bonus on the skin prep department) but i will be back again

Been here a handful of times, never greeted with a hello despite myself greeting them. Shocking customer service, they look disappointed when a customer walks in. Take some advice, you need a new roster of polite friendly staff and this place with its location could be great. I could deal with the mediocre haircut but the service is horrible.

I don't like writing bad comments. But my experience was not good.The customer service was cold.The haircut was not what I asked for. It was so bad I had to ask for a buzzcut just to get rid of whatever was done to my hair.The price was so bad for the result.

Highly recommend..! Just finished my hair cut and beard trim, the best I have ever had would definitely go there again..! Boys there were great, kind friendly & a vibrant wonderful environment…what an amazing experience & an amazing barber shop..! So if you ever need a perfect cut this is the place to go, thanks boys, see you again soon

The Boys at Barber Industries Richmond are the ones. I only go there and every time, it’s perfect. Great services and great cut every time.
