Not happy! I needed 4 copies of documents and asked the receptionist how much it would cost for 3 black and white and 1 colour copy and was told it was 30c per b/w copy and $1.50 for the colour, a total of $2.40. I accepted that price and went ahead. I was flabbergasted when I was then asked to pay a total of $7.40.... I then was told 'oh there is a $5 admin fee' as she casually pointed to a sign. I would never have gone ahead had I known. I will use the local newsagents or post office next time - no admin costs there!
