first time buying from here and i can definitely say i’m not disappointed. products came a lot faster than expected, especially with everything going on!

Kyle is always super helpful with any questions I have had pop up. When ordering it is always a nice quick and easy experience. I have recommended them to a few friends and they have all had the same experience.

Best service, prices and knowledge around! I received my package within 24 hours of ordering.

First and last time customer. Uncontactable company. I emailed, messaged on Facebook privately, used the chat on their website. Got no replies on any of them. I rang the two numbers they provide and they never picked up. I rang numerous times, 3 days in a row and nothing (nor did they ring me back after leaving a message). I placed my order and only received a confirmation email; never received a update nor was it shipped. After 12 days of no communication, I received a no reply email saying they have refunded my money as they couldn't fulfil the order. It was not personalised, no apology or explanation as to why the lack of communication.

First time buying with this store and will not be the last! I messaged on the online system (not expecting a reply to morning within business hours) but was extremely surprised with a prompt response at 8pm. I will highly recommend to anyone! This level of customer service should not go unnoticed and greatly appericiated for shift workers that can't get to a shop between 9-5pm. Well done Muscle Maker! THANK YOU!

Unfortunately not a great experience. Bought a supplement that was off. Let them know and took 10 days to get any clear instruction on getting a refund. Requested a different flavour to be shipped and got no response for 4 days. Got the refund in the end so 2 stars
