I had very bad experience today with Stunning Nails. Either it is quality of service or customer care....they don't believe in both. It took three hours to get the nail art done....nothing delivered as promised.

very disappointed with keratin treatment …they really don’t know about it as your hair gets back to the original just after one wash… basically they don’t know any of the hair treatment and make excuses if you go back and complain…

Friendly staff with great skill! I've had my manicure and pedicure and they've done a fantastic job. They have facial and beauty services too, my eye brows were perfect when I walked out!

Worst nail experience of my life don’t go here! They took 2 hours to do just normal nail polish in what should have taken no longer than an hour the woman was so slow and no apology or heads up and completely ruined my day. Never coming back here. What a shame because I live local. Not only did they take longer than specified on the online booking but the lady who did my nails was clearly very inexperienced and was too thick and completely chipped by the end of the day that I had to take it off.

Lovely team, however worst sns of my life. I got my nails done last week and the colour has gone yellow and all nails completely chipped. I’m questioning whether the products they’re using are legitimate. I’m going to have to take them off and get them done elsewhere.Very disappointed.I’m also disappointed in the way you’re responding to peoples reviews. As a professional it’s very important to learn from bad reviews to see how you can improve. If you’ve provided a bad service please take responsibility for that and not turn it back on your clients.

I went yesterday for the first time and had a gel manicure. I am very happy with the quality of the polish itself. Unfortunately the lady tore my skin twice when performing cuticle care, and I was not offered a refund, discount or voucher to remedy this. The lady was lovely, and had been working for 4 years there, so I could tell she was surprised that this happened. But I don't know if I'll go back

Had a deluxe manicure pedicure with my mum today. Cannot recommended Stunning Nails more highly! The ladies were efficient, professional and their attention to detail was impeccable! We walked out so happy with our beautiful nails. We will be back again!!

Got sns manicure and pedicure it's just a sloopy job the nails r uneven and on my way home I found myself picking little sharp bits off of them
