A clean well presented store, but difficult to find staff for assistance unless you return to the checkouts. I find it incredible that there was only two checkouts in operation with one being a self service & the other having 5 people waiting to be served. # Coles need to look at providing decent service if they want to stay in business.

Went to purchase something today with an advertised 20% off on the ticket on the shelf.Was told at the checkout the ticket was 3 days old and wouldn't honour the price advertised.Come on Coles, pick up your game.

I went here to buy a few grocery items. The store may be small, but, I saw a few items that I can't get in another Coles store. The staff are very friendly and helpful staff.

Not a very busy supermarket easy parking they have everything I need, way better than the big one in charlestown for these reasons

I don't know who is doing product selection at this store but they keep deleting products I buy. I'm shopping at Mt Hutton now because I can't be confident of finding what I need in this store. Yes, it's smaller but they keep deleting items they were stocking! On another note, I bought lamb shanks a few days ago for $12. They were completely inedible. It was like chewing car tyre. Apparently I need to buy my meat at Mt Hutton now too!

Need to brush up on their customer service. Most of the employees are friendly and courteous but it's a lottery. I have been subject to pretty rude behaviour as well as the nicest people you could meet. No one checks on the covid compliance either!
