Pity no one managing checkout area to see how many customers waiting with over full trolleys for a checkout to open and the only one open was about to close. Not everyone wants or can manage large volumes of items on extremely small checkouts and to self serve..

Apart from a few angry oldies that work there, it's a pretty good shop mate.

Disappointing that there were no checkouts open on a Thursday night.

My preferred place to do shopping. Better range and chance of finding what you want. Plenty of parking at Plaza.

No checkouts open forced to use self check out, should if went to ALDI where it would have been cheaper and still better service

Only one checkout open. Trying to force us to use the self service registers. All to save money by employing less staff. Not helpful if you are older, have babies/young children, or a week's worth of groceries. Perhaps customer service could be the focus for a change.

Walk into store and hit with an amazing range of colours in the fruit and veg section...so well stocked.Very inviting.Great range of everything throughout the store.Self service checkouts are clearly marked as credit only or cash/credit card and helpful shop assistant to guide you to next available checkouts.Easy parking at Wynnum Plaza.Lots of eateries, and other stores,eg Chempro Chemist, KMart ( fabulous new interior)Most stores open on Sundays.

The poorest example of customer service. an order i placed online for 10am they advise me without reason that it is delayed to 11:30am. I get there and call for 15minutes - their phone doesn't work. Which i did advise it wasn't working 2 weeks when i did my groceries there. I leave messages - still no-one bothers to answer. i actually call the shop. the person just leaves me on the phone for 4minutes so i hung up. People get served before me who were there after me - one car who only just got there then when they did bring the trolley out they ignored me and went and served someone else. and something i really needed 'didn't get provided it may have been there if they had done my order on time.- after half an hour i get my goods and then the person leaves when i get it from click and collect the trolley with me which i have to take it back. they didn't even provide me with my invoice! This is disgraceful!!!!!

I’m a long term customer, today I was asked if I’d paid for all my groceries, this made me anxious and I forgot to use my flybys dollars. Not happy and also I don’t like getting accused of stealing.

Has lots of Coles type things like you would probably expect. Some creative merchandising which made me smile. The fresh department looked well utilised, there wasn't loads available when I got there. Plenty of self checkout registers which is good if you're the type to scan everything as brown onions.
