I had a great time trying on dresses with the help of Ferani. She was very attentive and thoughtful. I didn’t end up getting my dress from here but had a fabulous experience nonetheless ☺️

Beautiful dresses and an amazing experience from start to finish. Cait was fabulous. She made me feel so comfortable and was genuinely invested in finding the perfect dress. A great range of styles and sizes, as well as excellent customer service and communication. Would highly recommend!

The dresses at Eternal bridal are super flattering! They really snatch your waist and such great quality gowns. My experience with Lyndell was amazing. She is so helpful and supportive. She also gives an honest opinion and guidance throughout the appointment. Lyndell made me feel very comfortable and stress free! 10/10 would recommend!

Eternal Bridal was the first store I visited on wedding dress journey and I was not disappointed. Ferani was welcoming the moment I walked through the door and guided me through the process - she was kind, incredibly helpful and made me feel super comfortable. I would highly recommend visiting Eternal Bridal - the service is exceptional and the dresses are beautiful.The only negative I have is that the sample dresses available are only sizes 6-8 US which made it a little difficult imagining what the dress would look like as they did not fit properly so I would keep that in mind when visiting.

Ferani made the process of searching for the dress so much easier and fun!!She was honest and kind and went through everything so I was able to leave with relief and great understanding of what the process is leading up to the big day. I am in love with my chosen dress and I can’t thank the beautiful team at eternal bridal enough! I am so excited for the big day now and to explore the process leading up.

I absolutely loved finding my wedding dress at Eternal Bridal! Franca was amazing to work with. She has a superb eye for style and recognised my vision straightaway. Despite leaving my shopping until pretty late in the piece and not being able to get a gown in from overseas on time, Franca found a sample dress which I absolutely loved. She referred me to their tailors who turned it into a truly one of a kind piece. The staff at Eternal Bridal were kind and professional. They made me feel really special trying out different styles. The dress was comfortable and wore well throughout the day. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

Bought shoes from here for my wedding day, tried them on in excitement as soon as they arrived in the mail and it was a shame they were extremely uncomfortable. Tried to return them and my refund was refused as apparently the shoes are faulty and worn - not worthy for resale. I was not even offered a credit note. I wouldn’t recommend buying shoes from here as the soles of the heels are a sort of velvety material and VERY delicate, scratch and mark very easily on the bottom. By the end of your wedding day they will simply be destroyed. Wedding planning is stressful enough and the returns policy at this store is unfortunately terrible especially for the price that their shoes are … $$$ … it is written on a small card in the box that shoes are to be tried on carpet or with socks, this has clearly happened in the past as this unfortunately needs to be stated in the box…. My recommendation for the company is to put stickers or something on the soles of the shoes so that brides can CLEARLY be aware that the soles are super delicate and easily damaged…. I wouldn’t want another bride to waste $300+ on wedding shoes to only be disappointed and end up with nothing but terrible shoes they can’t even wear!!!! On top of all the wedding stress, this definitely wasn’t one I was expecting.No doubt eternal bridal to come back at me with their terms and conditions, but this isn’t what I need ……. I am writing to warn others to be weary when buying shoes from here.

I cannot recommend Ferani enough!After visiting seven bridal stores and trying over 20+ dresses, I have finally said yes to a dress. I had such an amazing experience and didn't feel rushed or pressured, she was really attentive and I loved that she gave her honest feedback on the different dresses and styles to ensure the dress flattered my body shape.She really took her time to help me find my dress and I wished this was my first stop but I definitely saved the best for last.Cannot wait until my big day - 11.11.23!

I recently had the pleasure of having Ferani as my bridal stylist, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.Ferani was upfront about what would and wouldn't work for my body type and gave me great advice on what styles would be most flattering. She helped me try on dresses that I never would have considered on my own and gave me an honest opinion on how they looked on me.Even though I didn't end up getting my dress from the shop, I truly appreciate the service that Ferani has provided. She went above and beyond to make sure that I felt comfortable and confident in my choices, and I am grateful for her expertise.
