V.Fresh

I bought coconut water and water melon from this shop. I know that things was on cheap price. But quality is also too cheap. I don't want to visit back there because all bottles of coconut water is bad. I purchased from Woolworth and drink taste is very nice. Really disgusting.We asked to 1 lady about other vegetables. She said come tomorrow now everything finish but she had on trolley but she ignored and answered with rude way. V fresh owner should be checked every thing in the finishing hours.

First time visiting store. The quality of the fresh fruit and vegetables is amazing. Wonderful large shop. Great range of products.

So fresh and cheap! Very good queality, the location is convinenet, will definitly visit again.

Very rude staff. During my last visit the cashier didn't acknowledge me at any point, just kept scanning my items whilst talking the previous customers in chinese. When they left, her face soured instantly. I asked for a bag three times and she still did not listen or make eye contact. Just shoved my items at me. She treated the person behind me in the same manner (also not chinese). I don't know if she wasn't comfortable with English or if she was just plain racist, but she probably shouldn't have been on registers with that attitude anyway.A very off-putting experience. Obviously I won't return.

Amazing new store, even have an digital receipt! I thought only wws Coles can offer digital receipt but this store is definitely a gem!

Price is ok but some fruits and vege are not fresh, it may appear fine outside but inner already rotten..

Had an unpleasant and rude behaviour from your staff members today at your shop.Your website trading hours ends at 730pm, but on the shop, it's listed as 6pm Trading hours.But I was there at 520pm, but all or most of the veggies were already packed up for storage.When asked, why are you packing and moving to storage when customers are still buying, a store employee was telling, that s how it works here as he had to close the shop by 6pm.But another guy joined and started showing rude attitude as what can any customer do, if you want to buy what is left just buy or leave. Don't try to argue.This is the most worst attitude on customers I had ever seen in any Australian stores.If your shop is not for public, just say it out. Don't show your rude attitudes on people visiting your store.

Since change to Chinese from Indian staff and customers, this shop has no appeal to me any more.I will never come back again.Have given it 3 or 4 tries, but more disappointing each time.
