I can't thank JB Hi-Fi Dandenong enough! I had a faulty phone and they were so helpful through the whole process. The staff and management are super professional, friendly and I could tell they genuinely wanted to help me as much as they could when my phone broke. I live in St kilda but always find myself shopping at the Dandenong store because of the friendly staff. Special thanks to all the sales assistance from the phone team (Ben, Luke, Chris, caitlin)

I bought Samsung tablet and one cover and the staff decided I should be charged for extra cover extra $99 added to my already $1340 so now it's $1440. Iam so dissapointed in them they didn't do refund.

Disgraceful service by( sonal) i told her to gave me iphone 14 pro at that time she gave the accessories of iphone 14 pro but the phn was 14 after that i visited their store they didnt refund soo, plz do not go specially in dandenong homes jb hi fiIf there is 0 star i will give that one

Berhan (I'm sorry if I spelt that incorrectly) was helpful today. I went to JB Hi-Fi looking for an iPhone for my son.He gave me useful information about washing machines too, as I was on the lookout for one.He was consistently respectful, honest, polite and gave me more than enough information which was fantastic.=)
