Good range of products....I didn't want to spend the astronomical price on a ghd straightener and the others they had to show me in the price range I was happy with, I'd never heard of. Staff were very helpful and not pushy. I would shop there again.

Went in to replace a hair clipper under warranty. Really helpful staff who quickly verified the issue and replaced it with another new item. Treated with utmost courtesy proving the after sales service. Considering that after sales service is the real test for most brands and shops, the shop has become a trusted one for me.

Worst experience....With the shop in store and with product as well.Bought Perfect face facial hair removal, when tried product on small area of hands doesn't work, and told them honestly that I tried but doesn't work.. 1st sales person say they can't due to covid-19 and blah as I used it. Then say have to try on face to work the product. But manager doesn't answer what happens if it doesn't work on face

wide rage of products with reasonable price. the sales man was not pushy and explained the difference between different brands. the best was i wanted to buy the expensive brand but he recommended me a fairly half the price branded product ( the reason i am not naming the brand is because they both are better in their own way). so over all good service with a smile. cheers guys.

I bought body groomer but it was unsafe to use as the trimmer head caused bleeding. The brand is Braun. When I went there to return it, they said they don’t give satisfaction guarantees. I would prefer buying Philips instead as the previous Philips groomers have worked best for me. Also, this is second bad experience at Shaver shop. Previously I bought Panasonic groomer and it’s blade head broke within 6 month use. I don’t think they stock good products. Very bad experience. Seems they sell used products too.

Be careful dear potential buyer. My experience may help you decide when to buy. just to share a story of mine.Went into the shop today, the Boxing Day, hoping to get a water floss, there is a small pricing stand showing 69dollar after the 30% discount. Guess what. I have been told this is the price before the Xmas, now since it is the Boxing Day, so a day after the Xmas. It is full price now. What? Right, - you hear me right. So it is about timing.

These guys sell used productsI bought this trimmer and the box was already open and there were hair particles around the trimmer, i had to clean it and use it because when I went back to the shop to show themThe sales guy started fighting with me saying you have used itThat guy didn’t had this commonsense if i had used it then why would I come back and ask to exchange it for the same product when everything is working fine.It is felt humiliated at that time and i had to use a used trimmer when I paid for the new one which is $119.My only fault is that I didn’t check the box at the time of purchase

These guys do occasionally some very good deal. The staff are pretty good with their customers. Though some may look unapproachable but trust me, they are really nice. They just want everyone to be happy. For me, almost every shaver shop that I have visited, I've always been a good experience. And the clippers they sell, you won't wrong with WAHL. I have had my $70 WAHL clippers for the past 9 years now and it is still going without issue at all. All that needed to change after 7 years of usage was just the blade. So guess what, though I haven't tried any other brand aside WAHL, I can attest that this WAHL brand wont disappointed you if you take care of it by simply oiling it after each use. So yeah, thumbs up for the shaver shop, the staff and also WAHL.
