Enquired about building a home. The customer service was very poor.4 times I was told that he thought I wasn’t even going to turn up for appointment . Even after I had verbally agreed ,text messaged and confirmed appointment by appointment acceptance which was sent out.I advised 4 times I had and was constantly told how he thought I was going to waste his time and how he had another appointment he could have gone to instead.So bad I actually got up and walked out.The salesmen Cale is very disrespectful and needs to check facts before making unfounded accusations.He showed me a block I had said several times I didn’t want. Had not prepared any pre plans for review.Didn’t even have a ruler with him for measurements on plans.Told me he wasn’t going to waste his time doing plans on block for review as he thought I was going to waste his time.Very misleading and an absolute insult to my intelligence. Very disappointing to say the least.An absolute waste of my time and fuel cost for the travelling. Learn to listen to your customers and don’t be so judgemental.Remember it ain’t your purchase or money it is the customers.A bit of respect and dignity goes a long way.This customer will not be back!

I reached out to Connor from FHOC centre a few months ago wanting to see what my options were around building my own home! In the initial consult I had with Connor he was very open about my options and what I needed have to be able to make my home possible! Connor has been nothing but helpful, always willing to answer my questions and take my calls! Connor has been very patient with me throughout the process, I can’t fault him at all.I’m so excited for my slab to go down and follow the process to key handover!Thanks Connor!!

My partner and I are due to be first time home builders. First Home Owners Centre have been very helpful, Especially our consultant Cale. He has been very accommodating and helped us have a good understanding of the whole process. Cale has always been able to answer any of our concerns / questions in a professional manner. He responds to emails and phore calls quickly. We are very pleased at how Cale has conducted meetings and he always is prepared. My partner and I are very happy with our consultant.

We met with Cale from First Home Owners Centre and he explained the process of getting into our first home. He helped us organise our finance and found us a great block where we wanted to live. He helped us design the home and customised it to our needs. Any concerns Cale was available to answer our calls and emails to help us get things as we need. I would highly recommend speaking to Cale

Shout out to First Home Owners Centre andspecial thanks to Cale who went over and above to help me find a block for my build. I wasn't an easy customer, I over stress and was very specific with ideal location, low means made it extra hard! But he kept an eye out even when I'd put it in the too hard basket, contacted me here and there to meet me at numerous possibilities over the couple of years it took me to commit! Being an older single mum of teens I was very nervous about the whole idea! It was really my last window to get my foot in, if it weren't for the efforts he went to helping me and assuring me I can do it, it probably would never have happened :) worked very hard securing this sale that's forsure. I found him geniune about actually wanting to help.He was honest and upfront about everything, also did his best to include all my wants in pretty much custom design within my means for my place on a rear block, and it is everything I expressed I wanted!Build experience was professional and no known issues for quality! Considering it was in the midst of covid times it went smoothly, no unexpected added costs!! When materials arrived they were followed by prompt relevant decent contractors. Not moved yet but have key, no complaints this far. . Staff at FHOC were very helpful through out, provided regular updates and are very prompt to any queries I've had. I definately recommend putting your trust in these guys. :)

I’m currently in the processes of designing and building my first home with First Home Owners Centre/Aveling homes. Dayne Hughes is my sales consultant and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I’m doing this as an individual with no prior experience building , which is daunting in itself, however Dayne has made the process so easy and has educated and supported me through each and every step. The design process was straight forward and Dayne was a huge help assisting me pick out a design and house plan that would not only suit my lifestyle needs, but also suit the block of land I’ve purchased. I even won their current competition of winning rent for a year by signing up with them, which was certainly an awesome bonus!!I highly recommend the team at Aveling be your first contact if you are considering building a new home.

We've have been dealing with Steve and he has been the most knowledgeable sales consultant out of all the builders we've met, we couldn't recommend him or the company more highly!We've secure their admin and build guarantee program so we're not put at risk of delays, thanks again to Steve!!Regards Trish and Steve

I built with Aveling and they did not disappointed, truly. The person who looked after me was Ricardo Arigore. He persuaded me to build and the benefits it would have in the future. It wasn't nerv racking, he reassured me everytime I didn't know something. My man looked after me the whole process and im grateful for it. Also Jane Ward was great for helping me choose the way the house would look and how it would fit in to town. But all and all, great team, good people, good system as all things should be. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic family-based builder, places a lot of care into helping people into their first home. Attention to detail is outstanding and customer service is amazing. 10/10 builder.

Massive thank you to Connor and Cale for helping us through the building sign up process they did an awesome job. With all the dodgy builders out there after Covid we were worried to build but they gave us full transparency and honesty with the company. Even if you join the shonky builders page (Facebook) and ask about them you will find minimal negative comments when other builders are receiving multiple a day! (Connor was the one who recommended me to join it), all of their customers I spoke to not one received price increases and had minimal delay compared to others still waiting. Along with this even while being flat out Connor was fast to reply and help with any questions we had. 5/5
