Bio Fit is such an amazing place to boost your confidence and mental health! I started out seeing Tara for PT sessions, after having 5 children and not being to a gym for so long I really struggled to see how I would go with getting back into fitness and not injuring myself, after I boosted my confidence and got use to the venue (struggle with overwhelm in new places) I started going to the classes and then joining the 8 week challenges they offer. Bio Fit has changed my attitude to getting my body to a place where I don't hurt physically and mentally my health has improved immensely, my attitude towards getting stronger has been noticeable in all areas of life from growing my friendships, to my home life. I am forever grateful and so happy I took this step in this right direction! Thanks so much!!!
