Birthday dinner with families. Amazing food with good presents. Especially the signature dish, sides dish (mushroom and beef fat potato must try). Meanwhile, dessert is the good point to finish the dinner.

One of the best food experiencies of my life: the best meat, great wine, unique atmosphere.The staff was also extremely nice with us.At last but not least, I’ve had the chance to make a tour in the different private rooms of the restaurant: privacy, relax and sophisticated ambient.

Moo Moo The Wine Bar and Grill
I've been to Moo Moo a few times over the years, most recently on Valentine's Day. The steaks are always consistently good and I love the building that it's located in. The carpaccio and burrata on Valentine's day were great, other times the bang bang duck starter has always been a show stopper. There are just a few minor things that stop me from giving 5 stars:- Last time I went (before valentine's day), I wasn't super hungry so my partner and I requested to share one of the larger steaks. The waiter consulted with the kitchen/manager and we were told no, not allowed to share and we must each order our own steak. Weird.- On another occasion, I requested my steak rare and was told that they don't do that there, med rare was the lowest they'll go. I've never been told that at any other steakhouse in any other country.- They won't give you a take out box for any food you don't finish.I understand these are choices that the restaurant has made for their business and they're not deal breakers for me (obviously) but it's those things that stop me from giving 5 stars.

Arrived on Monday evening without booking @ 1900hrs.Excellent steak. Sides are also nicely done.Ambience is relaxing and welcoming ... Will surely revisit

Amazing steaks, definitely think it's one of the best in Brisbane, the Tasmanian oysters were perfect, sides were all great and the steaks were cooked to perfection. Flavourful and tender but not overwhelming.Dessert was very decadent and a perfect finish to an amazing meal.

While waiting for our reservation for another Steak restaurant around the corner, we came across Moo Moo and thought we’ll give it a try.My first impression of the venue was a bit weird, when walking in at 6:15pm the entrance downstairs was dark with very little lighting or signage. As we continued up the stairs it looked inviting throughout the restaurant with its ambient lighting, view of the kitchen, wine cellar, meat chiller, clean and tidy.As my partner and I were looking through the menu, we had 4 different waiters coming up to us, all in the space of the first 10mins of been seated. The first guy talked about the menu, next was a girl who couldn’t stop talking about the rave she was going to after work all the while as she poured the water, the next guy talked about the wines and the last talked about the regions where the steaks were from. It would have been better if there were 2 waiters but 4 was ridiculous and a bit invasive. It actually put me off from getting a steak and I ended up getting the Beef Ribs (it was average) and my partner had the Scotch Fillet Steak (she loved it) with shared 3 sides.Dessert was the assorted plate which I particularly enjoyed.

Wanted to try Brisbanes best steak while I was visiting for work. A local brought me here and I can confirm their steak was the best I ever had.Great ambience coupled with a bar brings about a great experience. The staff were very knowledgeable and took pride in what they do. Special a shout out to Charlie was he’s in depth knowledge of steak and educating our group during our culinary experience!
