I love getting my brows done at Benefit (Sephora, Macquarie). Bita is absolutely the best!!!! She is very talented and caters to my needs perfectly. If anyone wants to try brow wax, tint or lamination, she’s your girl ♥️

The brow bar at benefit provides the best service every time I’ve been! Always acting professional and willing to help their customers. Whenever I get my brows done by the girls at the Mq brow bar I always receive customers. Would highly recommend booking in a service here

Very inexperienced and extremely bad customer service from the girl at Benefit Browbar. I have never experienced such bad service in 6 yrs of using Benefit Browbar!Did not honour my appointment 1 pm in Friday 8th June, as she had picked up a walk-in just a min before me.She tells me that “I just started this person - you need to wait 30 mins or come back at 2:30 pm”. I showed her my sms for 1pm appointment and I queried her how come she can have 2 appointments the same time? There is only 1 counter and 1 person. This is when she says it was a walk in! So walk in have priorities over planned appointments?She says she has no access to system and doesn’t know of what booking slots are taken. In that case how come she can service 30 mins later or at 2:30 pm without knowing if they are available? Online showed no availability! Meaning i cannot get done that day! Not mention 2 additional hour of my time to be wasted in waiting!When i insisted on being served as soon as possible as i did have valid appointment, she does a very poor work! I mentioned it was Brow shape + Eye mask service, she did not put eye mask until last 5 mins and repeated asking her to put as everytime in past i had on from start.I had to remind her to cut the long brw hair when she had done and showing mirror. Lastly she couldn’t find the right barcode for payment so took me to counter where it took further time to find the right service to pay.This service girl mentions this is her 1st time at Sephora Macquarie and doesn’t know how it works there… No wonder!As i was walking out I saw in the mirror that the hair clips put during brow shape were not removed - and i had been walk to pay counter with thise big hairclips on!!!Sheer Waste of money and time! Horrible experience! Waste of my $39 for this service!Benefit Browbar, after 6 years i have to reconsider Benefit Browbar Macquarie! Please dont have brand new people at counters without someone to show and guide!

Alannah at the Benefit Brow Bar is by far the best and most detailed brow wax, shape and laminate I have ever had, and Ive been to alot. I have literally told everyone about her and cannot shout out my praise more for her, she is amazing xx thank you
