I called before they closed to order my meds as I ran out. I also called them to confirm if they close at 10:30pm.I arrived before 10:30pm and find they closed early, with the guy at the store making excuses they had to close early as there weren't any customers.How is that my issue? If you tell sometime that you're closing 10:30pm, there is an expectation that you close at that time, not beforehand.

I like it here, most of the staff are nice enough and apologetic for the wait times which can blow out for my prescription when the pharmacist is filling other scripts. Have been a customer here since 2013.

Terrible customer service. I'm an asthmatic and just to buy a ventolin inhaler, I get interrogated like I'm some kind of criminal trying to steal from them.Wake up and relize the service you need to provide for people that are suffering!

Received minimal assistance at this chemist and stood at the counter waiting to pay for an item with three people who worked there behind the counter ignoring me for a good 3 minutes which was awkward as I was standing in front of them. I was tempted to walk out but needed the item so asked if someone wanted to serve me and I was looked at like I was asking for something difficult. They may have a captive audience in this complex but their service isn’t great and the stock they hold is minimal and not good quality. Packages were opened and ripped and looked in poor quality.

Worst pharmacy ever. Very high price, service is kinda cold. I would avoid going there if possible. Such a shame East Village is a warm shopping centre, the pharmacy provides an opposite feel and vibe.

** PRICE GAUGING ALERT**. I took this photo of their shelves stocked with this 375ml bottle of Aqium hand sanitiser.. It has an RRP of$6.95 (Priceline sells it for the correct price). This chemist is charging more than DOUBLE the price for it. Other customers below also mention other prices being over inflated.

Customer service is ok (not great) but the main issue I have found here is the ridiculous prices.I put in a script today and realised that it’s double the price than Chemist Warehouse for exactly the same generic medication! $17 v $8.50 at CW.Lucky my amount isn’t much but please perform due diligence because I imagine other customers would be getting ripped off much more.

Not even worth a one star!!! Get away from this toxic shop!The price is higher than the others and having very poor stock, lacking of basic medications and never be bothered to order.Their customer services are far worse than anybody can imagine! Take them ages to get prescriptions ready and they treat you like a criminal if you dare to ask!Poor management! Very rude staffs, never care about people with difficulties!!
