It took me 5 attempts to find a good hairdresser when I moved here 3 years ago, before finding Ballina Heads Hair. Now I won't go anywhere else. Cassie is so lovely and a great hairdresser who gives good professional advice. Cassie is also very approachable and is great at problem solving. She will happily help to resolve any issues.

I got my hair cut and they completely ruined my hair. I have been working to get my hair the length it was for years and they chopped it off and made it uneven. I would not recommend using them. When I asked for a refund they refused and asked to fix it, obviously I did not want them to fix my hair considering I cannot trust them as they ruined my hair.

Worst experience ever... I went for the hair color and layering haircut at the salon today. Served by Lucy. I just asked for a normal full-head hair color and haircut.. after all the discussion before starting she gave me a max. budget of $180 for the whole. And then charged $213. While hair cut I asked for a face cut layers and trim at the bottom but she couldn't understand till the end what I was asking for... Gave me uneven layers and when I said it was uneven she said I'm working as a hairdresser for the last 22 years I know what I'm doing... Clearly doesn't...

I've observed that persistence and dedication beats talent every time. Cassie is a very talented cutter but I've also noticed, as she cuts my hair, how much attention, expertise, and patience she has for her work. While I'm always very pleased with the results when I get out of the chair, I've also noticed that her haircuts look good longer than others I've had. I don't know how she does this but I really appreciate her for it.

Cassie and Georgia are extremely knowledgeable with all things hair, no matter what your hair type or style. I've been getting pampered by the staff here for quite some time now and have seen them all working their magic on so many very happy customers. They spend the time to talk with you to know and understand what you want and are the most beautiful friendly bunch of girls you could meet. I have curly hair that they cut, colour and foil to perfection every time, I highly recommend....you won't be disappointed!!
