Was looking for a cruiser, took a couple for a spin. Settled on the Boulevard but did not want so much chrome. John found me one within a few days, great condition and low ks. M109R was ready for me to collect as soon as I returned. Service was great and all a pleasure to deal with. Couldn't be happier.

I inquired on a Ducati monster 821 and was contacted by their newest salesperson Salvatore who helped me organise an appointment. Came in and test rode the bike which was not right for me, but Salvatore recommended I test ride the Streetfighter 848 in the showroom. Although I did not purchase my bike from A1 (or should I say the bike did not purchased me?)- I am impressed and satisfied with the service I received while on the bike hunt process.It can be intimidating as a buyer to shop around while engaging with the multiple resources we have as consumers these days (apps, ads, dealers, private sale etc). It’s hard enough just to figure out the best bike to get into, let alone any pressure from a human trying to make a sale.I’m new to the country and new to interstate rules/laws (in this case, how it relates to purchasing a bike in another state). I live in Noosa, QLD and considered a purchase in Melbourne. I worked with SALVATORE on exploring a BMW RT he had available. He was professional, friendly, comfortable and above all- applied the passion of a fellow bike rider to help me into the RIGHT BIKE- not just ANY bike to ultimately make a sell.Although I found the perfect bike for me in my own backyard, when it’s time for me to get into a brand new bike in the near future- I’ll be reconnecting with Salvatore and give him my business. I spoke to Salvatore at A1 about purchasing a bike, and found him to be helpful, professional, and understanding.I told him I was also going to look at bikes at the largest seller in the Eastern suburbs and his helpfulness didn’t change.After being thoroughly unimpressed by the service at PS I’ve decided to buy from A1. After a bit of a search and recommendations from mate I just purchased my new bike (new to me) from Salvatore and A1 Motorcycles. Have to say, great service, not rushed, pushed or hurried in anyway. Bought a bmw of a1 and brought it home a few days ago but unfortunately it had serious issue which they couldn't have known about via roadworthy. I had one of the sales reps mobile number which I messaged on a public holiday and got a response and the next day bike was picked up by a1 and only a day later it was repaired and ready to go again. I was expecting a couple of weeks.Big 5 stars for these guys.After sales care was perfect

Thanks to a1 and special thanks to salvatore, he will not be impatient because I am not an English speaker, he listened to me very patiently during the car purchase process, today I have a problem with my locomotive, call him, and the maintenance personnel will come in half an hour Help, I am very satisfied with salvatore's sales and after-sales service.
