The customer service was excellent, very friendly and knowledgable. It sounds like a really good deal but I guess, like everyone, there's always a slight doubt in your mind when you have to pay a large amount of money and have to wait 6-7 weeks to get your aligners, I hope it's legit. I'm pretty excited to get the treatment started for my son.

I thought it was obligation free but It was positioned that I had two plans to choose from before I received the actual plan right there.My credit card was charged on the spot and I was told if I then didn’t like what I received via email I could cancel via the 1800 number in the brochure.So I’m not sure what to believe now. I didn’t get any time to think over the Commitment to the subscription.Now I’ve read others reviews they’ve just had consultations and no obligation.

Neha at the smile direct club - Epping was very informative and easy to talk with. She had covered all the information before I asked any questions. The consultation with a 3D scan, photography and all questions and answers only took 30mins! Great service with a smile.

I don’t feel satisfied because of re- scan of my unfit aligners was only scheduled on weekdays while weekend scan for new customer. This schedule makes me believe that Smile Direct focuses only on new customer, not existing customer like me

Warning to all ,- DO NOT ORDER UNTIL YOU SEE YOUR LOCAL ORTHODONTIST FOR ADVISE . These people aren’t qualified Orthodontics and absolutely don’t care if you end up with worse problems then before you started wearing their aligners . After wearing aligners for approx 3 months , complications started. Aligners were hurting my gums, biting and grinding issues started , discomfort was constant even that I’ve stopped wearing them after struggling for about two weeks . Now I am struggling to get my money back since they guarantee full refund after only 30 days which isn’t enough time for anyone to know if they are suitable or not . My advise - forget about some overseas company that is in currently going down in their profits - GO LOCALYou will be paying more , but your results will be guaranteed .

Was a pretty good experience, was quick and easy. Lots of thanks to Neha at the Epping smile shop for giving me all the info on the aligners and helping me start my journey, was quite a treat.I’m so excited to smile a whole lot more with confidence!

I needed to have a scan for new aligners and I cannot commend highly enough the professional, courteous and positive service I received from Jacky. She is truly a valuable asset to your organisation.

I had previously rated 5 stars for my initial consult, however after almost completing my Smile Plan, there was no customer service at all. Twice I was not contacted for update photos (at 90 or 180 days) which Smile Direct claim keeps your warranty active. They even place a sticker on your aligner as a reminder to look out for an email, they don't even send, again twice this happened! Then I contacted them as I finish my plan in 4 weeks and wanted to ensure my retainer would arrive on time as I was not convinced, only to be told I never ordered it. Were they ever going to contact me to check about my retainer? Without it my teeth were sure to move back...guess they don't care after your initial commitment $$$$. I told them I ordered them through a command box on my Dashboard back in January Their response....not even an apology, just asking for confirmation they can charge my credit card for the retainer. Worst customer service
