We purchased gates prior to Xmas.The lady I dealt with by email and phone was short and very rude,clearly isn’t a people’s person and clearly not happy in her job.If we didn’t need the gates so quickly I would have canceled our order and gone somewhere elses were the staff are happy to communicate with you.when we received the gates one size was wrong and so was the colour, when I emailed this through ,not even the courtesy of a response, however the woman was very quick to want her payment when I first placed the order.

Staff are rude and not very helpfull at all. It’s the little things that make a business and these guys lack it all. I will never recommend or use emu wire industries again.

Purchased a 20m roll of fence wire and two gates with $140 pallet shipping.Items arrived damaged INSIDE the wrapped packaging.The gate was bent BEFORE powdercoating.The fencing was scratched before being rolled up.Photos were sent of bent gates and scratched fencing with absolutely no response from them.Great way to get rid of damaged seconds stock at arms length guys...

Excellent Quality Products.I have built fences for 2 homes with Emu Wire. Now going for the 3rd. Easy to fit and looks great because everybody can see the lovely garden. My fences have looked like no other in my street.

Based on some of the other reviews, I had some concerns about placing an order for a gate. I did end up ordering a custom woven wire gate and the experience was faultless. The gate was easy to order, it was ready a day or two earlier than the time frame given, it arrived in excellent condition and it is well crafted. Thank you!
